Membership is open to all leaseholders. Membership is £5 p/Annum p/Apartment. These fees are used for legal costs, commissioning reports, administration costs and residents' meetings.

If you are an apartment owner but do not actually live in within Phoenix or Crusader, please ensure that we hold your up to date contact details.
