1. Updates from PERA and PERA Committee
Highlights of work done by PERA and PERA Committee see document linked here for full highlights of PERA work and Q&A on key issues from Urban Bubble
Worked as a link between residents and Capital & Centric and Urban Bubble to raise concerns and help resolve issues
PERA Committee to meet with Urban Bubble management and new Property Manager in January 2024 to discuss ongoing issues and major concerns from residents.
Urban Bubble Property Manager (at the time Shaquirah Moncrieffe) attended PERA meeting to answer key questions (September 2023).
Formed Audit Subcommittee to work towards resolution of issues related to billing and service charges - and worked towards setting up 1-1 meetings for residents with Urban Bubble.
Local Councillors attended PERA meeting (July 2023)
Engaged with City Council, Greater Manchester Police and local building contractors on key issues related to the area.
Snagging - work now underway on external snagging of entire complex; contact us via email if you'd like to take part. Work to start in 2024 on assisting PERA members on internal snags.
Foodbank box for Mustard Tree - now in place in post room
Events - parties and gathers held throughout the year, including Coronation Summer Party, Summer BBQ, Pride BBQ and Winter Festive Drinks.

- We work to give a voice to residents on issues that matter to them

3. Recent and upcoming social activities and events
- Litter Pick - too many to count and really making a difference, we've now got our own equipment
- Book club - meets regularly, if you are interested
- Bookshelf for bookswap in post room now in place
- Charity food collection for Mustard Tree in post room and accepting donations.
